Chami Law, PC is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team at our West Los Angeles office. We are a civil litigation firm focused on employment and labor law, dedicated to protecting and advancing the rights of employees and consumers throughout California.
This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful litigation, work directly with clients, and develop your skills at every stage of the litigation process. We are looking for an attorney with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering quality legal representation.
Responsibilities
The Associate Attorney will assist with all aspects of the firm’s litigation practice, including:
- Communicating with clients and providing case updates.
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Making court appearances and supporting litigation proceedings.
- Participating in discovery, including preparing and responding to discovery requests.
- Drafting and arguing motions as appropriate.
- Assisting with trial preparation and case strategy.
- Managing case-related tasks and collaborating with the legal team.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team while managing responsibilities independently.
- Professionalism and a client-focused approach to legal practice.
Compensation and Benefits
Chami Law offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Annual salary: $130,000–$150,000, plus bonuses.
- Health coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
